In our restaurant you will find us ready to welcome you in order to let you discover the delights of this culinary tradition fundamentally based both on the simplicity of some dishes, born from a bucolic tradition to be proud of, and the complexity of the others, characterized by stronger tastes. You will never miss starters typical for the mountain area, with cold cuts and home-made cured meat products, not to forget about meat slices, bresaola (cured raw beef) carpaccio served with vegetables and the selection of the best local cheese.
After teasing appetite with delicious starters, one could continue, for example, with Pizzoccheri of Valtellina, a dish that miraculously unites our ancestral taste for pasta, that characterises real Italians, and love for vegetables, to finish it up with Casera Valtellinese, local cheese, that gives the finishing touch to the dish.
